Digital marketing, by the numbers
Where I’ve Worked
From banks to clinics to luxury wellness: nine-plus years across the UAE, always with a number to hit.
How I Work
Four hats, worn together. That’s what makes the numbers happen.
The Strategist
I start with the business goal, then work backwards: who we’re talking to, what we’re offering, and where every dirham should go.
AED 14–15M a year planned across 8 channelsThe Doer
A plan only counts once it’s live. I stay close to the campaigns, the creative and the tracking, and I follow up until they deliver.
10–12 paid campaigns per clinic, every monthDigital + Traditional
Meta, Google, SEO, CRM and WhatsApp working with radio, press, print, events and PR. Each channel gets the job it’s best at.
Digital is the biggest spend line, with events, radio and press right behindThe Team Leader
I build teams that own their results, and I keep several moving parts in sync under one roof.
A team of 17 · 3 departments in one role · Homecare, Clinics & Health AcademyAbout
The short version: I plan it, I run it, I lead the team, and I show you the numbers.
I help healthcare, wellness and luxury businesses grow. Not just with nice campaigns, but with campaigns that fill appointment books, sell products and bring people back.
In clinics and hospitals, I work start to finish. I shape the offer, map the patient journey, line up with the doctors and operations teams, and set up simple reporting on leads, bookings, conversion and repeat visits. I'm hands-on too: creative, copy, landing pages and tracking. I build the pipeline through paid digital, SEO, CRM and referrals, then add corporate partnerships and on-ground sales support so the team can close.
In aesthetics and wellness, I bring a premium lens: brand stories, events, influencers and high-touch activations that make a brand feel special, while still being accountable for bookings.
What you get: sales and marketing pulling in the same direction, a team that knows what it's doing, and a clear weekly view of what's working. Decisions get made faster, and with facts.

Marketing at Scale: Aster
Here is how the marketing engine works, step by step: the budget, the campaigns it funds, the patients who book, and what that did for Homecare.
AED 14–15M a year
The total marketing budget I managed across Aster.
56 clinics
One plan, tailored to each clinic’s area and doctors.
AED 200–250K per clinic
A year, per clinic, across all eight channels below.
10–12 paid campaigns
Live per clinic, every month. That’s about 560–670 running across the network.
4–5K paid leads a month
Roughly 48–60K enquiries a year from paid campaigns alone.
10–12% conversion
So about 400–600 paid leads become patients every month.
15–18K clicks a month
Clicks from the website into the myAster app.
70–80K bookings a year
Appointments booked on myAster. That’s around 6–7K a month.
10–12% of new patients
Share of new clinic patients who come to us through marketing.
30% month-on-month
Steady growth for Aster Homecare through new markets and referral networks.
Homecare: AED 1.2M → 2M a month
Aster Homecare’s monthly revenue grew from AED 1.2M to AED 2M.
150% of target
Beat the previous year’s revenue target at 1.5x.

Signature Activations
Big ideas that people talk about, share, and act on. Each one was built to move a number, not just to look good.
The GoldenLight Wellness Movie
A wellness film that people lined up to watch, and a LIT Gold award to go with it.
The idea
A film that invites viewers to find their own flow, set inside Kintsugi Space and the wellness landscapes of Abu Dhabi, with the brand’s international well-being artists as its cast.
The activation
A major screening event in Abu Dhabi and Dubai, including Paramount Business Bay Hotel, turning the film into a live brand experience.
The result
Strengthened the brand’s premium positioning with the wellness community and earned Gold at the LIT Advertising Awards 2025.
SeVen in a Book Box
A perfume that arrived as a keepsake, sent to influencers, celebrities and wellness experts around the world.
The idea
Launch the SeVen Eau de Parfum inside a book, so unboxing felt like opening a story about Kintsugi. I designed the PR kit artwork myself (see the gallery below).
Inside the box
- Pages about Kintsugi and pages from the Almanac
- A wooden Kintsugi coin: “Give it to someone who smells good today”
- A hidden compartment for secret keys and notes
The result
A distinctive international PR drop that created a huge buzz and put the brand in front of a global audience of influencers, celebrities, and wellness experts.

The vending machine that tells the truth, and turns “I didn’t know” into something people share.
Influencer teaser: the mystery box
Selected influencers received a branded mystery box with no explanation: just a sealed card and some health products, asking “Do you like sweet surprises?” It built intrigue before launch.
The idea
A campaign that shocked, educated, and converted, aimed at Endocrinology, Ophthalmology, and Dietician services.
The activation
A classic vending machine re-engineered as a health awareness tool. Instead of snacks, it revealed the hidden sugar in everyday drinks by dispensing that many sugar cubes.
The result
Placed at the clinic launch, it drove 6,470 footfall through free HbA1c sign-ups, with 6.9M reach, 8.4M views, and 32 press coverages.
Unpause Your Journey
A nudge for everyone who has been living with pain, putting off care, or putting their own health last.
Why ortho
- Under-penetrated, so growth mattered
- Highest per-patient collection of any specialty
- Higher OP-to-IP conversion rate
The idea
Six sub-specialties, including back and neck pain, sports medicine, and joint care, brought together under one umbrella and one emotional call to action.
The mix
A full 360° plan: digital and social, radio, print and online PR, doctor videos, influencers, in-clinic collateral, SMS and WhatsApp, and a cricket moment-marketing initiative.
The Aster Superpower Project
“Unleash your hidden health powers.” Healthcare turned into a superhero adventure for kids, and a way into the whole family.
Why pediatrics
- One pediatric footfall means one whole family
- Build a brand bond with kids early through daily healthy habits
- Back-to-school is the peak moment to reach parents and kids
The idea
Six superhero characters, each owning one health habit, turned good habits into something children want to copy.
Beyond the brief
A movie screening of the Hindi film Taare Zameen Par for 55+ children with intellectual difficulties and their families, an empathy-led activation that extended Aster’s brand beyond clinical care.
SmylAI
A free AI mouth check on WhatsApp in under two minutes, turning curiosity into appointments.
The problem
People delay or skip dental check-ups because of low awareness, cost worries, and no easy self-screening tool. They arrive late, when treatment is costlier and harder to reverse.
The solution
An intelligent WhatsApp bot runs AI oral screenings at scale, checking cavities, bleeding gums, stains, sensitivity, calculus, and bad breath, and a tele-dentistry model that makes screening available to everyone.
Who it works for
- Patients: a free, instant check from their phone
- Dentists: an AI report and images before the visit
- Concierge: a structured follow-up workflow
- Marketing: defined nudges for new visits, repeat visits, and cross-selling
